Every business is different. The craft is knowing which tool.

You don’t have an AI problem. You have a Tuesday problem: the same hours, burned on the same grind, week after week, by people you hired for better things.

Some problems need better process. Some need software built to fit. Some are ready for automation and AI. Most need a mix, and knowing which, and where, comes from having run real operations, not just built software for them.

Business

Operations, process, and strategy, diagnosed before anything gets built by people who have sat in the operator’s chair.

Applications

Software built to fit how your business actually works, not what demos well.

AI & Automation

Technology that hands your people their hours back. Augmenting the team, never gutting it. AI is the newest tool in the kit, not the reason we’re in the room.

The work

What an engagement looks like.

We know the standard playbook. Six Sigma, lean, the exercises every consultancy runs. When they’re the right tool, we use them. The difference is the lens. Not thinking outside the box; from where we stand, there is no box. A broad enough base of experience lets us approach a problem from angles a specialist never stands at. Unconventional doesn’t mean risky here. It means the angle nobody else thought to try.

We come in the way an operator would, not the way a vendor would. We watch how the work actually flows, at the desk where it happens, and compare that to how leadership believes it flows. The gap between those two pictures is usually where the money is: hours lost to slow tools, revenue left on the table mid-sale, labor spent on work a system should be doing, loss prevention that isn’t preventing much. Then we fix what earns fixing. Sometimes that’s process. Sometimes it’s software built to fit. Sometimes it’s AI, and only where it makes the team stronger, not smaller.

Nonprofit

Fits fifteen events into a five-day festival; rebuilding its ticketing and CRM into one seamless patron experience.

Salon

Would rather automate its front desk than burn out the one person running it.

Logistics

Comparing what the board believes happens against what the floor actually does, and closing the distance.

If your problem doesn’t look like any of these, good. We specialize in businesses that don’t fit templates.

Playbooks

Named engagements, run the same way every time.

The Reality Check

The full operational review. We sit at the desks where the work happens, then in the room where leadership believes it happens, and map the distance between the two. What comes back is ranked by dollar impact: loss prevention that isn’t preventing, revenue leaking mid-sale, labor spent above the work, tools that create work of their own.

Day One

The rebuild-from-scratch exercise. If you started this company today, knowing everything you know now, what would it look like? Every department, every SOP, every handoff, mapped end to end. A company that ran this exercise went fully virtual overnight when COVID took its office, because the map already existed.

Hours Back

The automation pass. Somewhere in your operation, one to three people’s worth of time is going to work nobody should be doing. We find it, build the fix, and hand your team the hours.

À la carte, when you need one craft rather than a playbook: SOPs written and workflows designed. CRM selection, rebuild, and migration. Ticketing and customer-experience builds. Front-desk and back-office automation. Custom applications. Practical AI, only where it earns its place.
